Offerings

Personal Training

We work together, one-on-one, in-person, in San Francisco to achieve your fitness goals.

Every client gets a customized weekly workout plan, in addition to their one hour, in-person, session(s).

Sessions are held at OMpower at 66 Townsend and 2nd Street.

Prices are based on the number of one hour, in-person, sessions.

The investment (5 or 10 session commitment):
$600 for 5 in-person sessions ($120 per session). 
$1,000 for 10 in-person sessions ($100 per session).

About Nate Brugnara

Nate Brugnara is passionate about fitness and helping others master their fitness goals.

He’s an elite obstacle racer – he climbs walls, crawls under barbed wire, and swims through mud for the sheer challenge of it. He’s a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, Spartan SGX Coach, and INSANITY certified instructor.

He’s also a fifth generation San Franciscan, superhero enthusiast, and motivational speaker.
